Farming is a risky business!

We have just learned of a most sad occurrence, the corn has been pilfered!  Apparently there is a critter that resembles a raccoon in Japan called a Palm Civet.  They also appear to enjoy corn much like the Raccoon does here.  Oba-chan was upset to find her crop decimated by this bandit of the night. . .

      Dear 99 cent,

      I am having difficulty in locating the beast, or beasts, to have them do anything, especially something nautical. Rumors have surfaced that this was not the act of an individual, but a mob, scratching in as quiet as a Volt (the car not the electrical unit). Maybe if I were to act a little more piratical they will come, you know, out of curiosity. I doubt it though, they are crafty critters. . .
